Items can only be returned unused and in their original packaging. After receiving your product you have 14 days to request a return. If the return is accepted you have 14 days to send the items back. If not, you will not be eligible for a (full) refund. 

Note that custom-sized straps and items that are assembled on order (e.g. watch winders) cannot be returned or refunded.

Il tuo rimborso sarà riaccreditato sul metodo di pagamento originale. Ti contatteremo una volta ricevuti i tuoi articoli restituiti. Si prega di consentire 7-14 giorni lavorativi dal momento in cui si spedisce l'ordine per la restituzione o lo scambio da elaborare.
